Every C2BB program is intentionally designed to meet young people at their developmental stage. Our age-tiered model ensures that participants receive curriculum, mentorship, and experiences that are appropriate, relevant, and transformative. All programs are facilitated by trained professionals and rooted in C2BB's proprietary leadership framework.

Early Youth Foundations (Ages 6–9)

Early Youth Foundations  introduces our youngest participants to the foundational principles of character, community, and confidence. Through engaging activities, storytelling, and group experiences, children ages 6–9 begin to discover their unique strengths and the power of intentional choices.

Pre-Teen Development (Ages 10–12)

The Pre-Teen Development program supports youth during the critical middle school years—a time of identity formation, peer influence, and growing independence. Participants build a strong foundation in self-awareness, communication, and decision-making while learning how to navigate challenges, form healthy relationships, and step into leadership with confidence.

Emerging Leaders (Ages 13–15)

Emerging Leaders prepares young scholars to lead with purpose both inside and outside the classroom. Through a dynamic combination of leadership development, civic engagement, and future planning, participants strengthen critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while gaining early exposure to college and career pathways.

Teen Leaders (Ages 16–18)

The Teen Leaders program equips participants with advanced leadership and life skills needed for a successful transition into adulthood. Students engage in professional development, community leadership, and real-world skill building while strengthening communication, accountability, and personal excellence.

C2BB Leadership Fellows (Ages 19–21)

The C2BB Leadership Fellows program is designed for emerging young adults preparing for long-term success in career and community leadership. Participants receive mentorship, develop leadership portfolios, and refine skills in professionalism, personal branding, and strategic decision-making to position themselves for the next stage of adulthood.
